Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if required)
Once the return is approved, we will share the return instructions.
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.•
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These include:
- Used or opened skincare/beauty devices
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Products returned without original packaging
If an item is non-returnable, it will be mentioned clearly on its product page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
Exchange Policy
At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item (if eligible) and place a new order for the product you prefer.
